She Rocks Podcast: Ep. 74 Tiff Randol: Mamas in Music and IAMEVE

In this episode, we sit down with award-winning composer and artist Tiff Randol, also known for her ethereal music project IAMEVE and as the co-founder of Mamas in Music.

In 2019, while navigating early adulthood and the lack of infrastructure for caregivers, she launched Mamas in Music, a global nonprofit that supports mothers in the music industry. Tiff shares her journey of navigating motherhood while building a career in music, the mission behind Mamas in Music, and how her own artistry explores themes of transformation, resilience, and emotional truth. We also dive into her latest release, “My Head My Heart My Hands (Remix).”

IAMEVE, is the sonic altar of Tiff Randol, who remixed the song with additional production from Vedant Shankar. The track pulses with hypnotic basslines, shimmering synths, and weightless, layered vocals, transforming the original into a beat-driven, soul-soaked meditation that’s both grounded and transcendent.

“It’s the sound of standing still while your heart keeps moving,” says Randol.
