After the success of their 2025 Virtual Conference, SoundGirls and Women in Vinyl are returning to host the 2026 Virtual Conference, which is expected to be an even larger global event focused on education, mentorship, career development, and community within the audio industry.
The conference will take place on December 12-13, globally available online, and they are currently accepting applications for presenters, sponsors, and volunteers.
Last year’s conference brought together engineers, producers, educators, manufacturers, students, archivists, vinyl professionals, and emerging creatives from around the world for two days of learning, networking, and collaboration. Through sponsor support and community partnerships, we provided more than 200 grants to students and individuals needing financial assistance, helping to expand access to professional audio education and career advancement opportunities.
For this year’s conference, the goal is to continue growing that impact while creating meaningful visibility and engagement opportunities for sponsors, presenters, manufacturers, educators, and industry partners.
