Following her successful co-headline tour with the Indigo Girls and the release of her new single, Don’t You Want a Woman, Melissa Etheridge announced The RISE Tour for 2026.

As a special treat to fans, Etheridge also dropped the new music video for “Don’t You Want A Woman” today! The long-awaited new single was released on October 10 and has been four years in the making, according to Etheridge, who added, “Women are some of my favorite people and I don’t know anyone who doesn’t want a woman in their life who is going to rock their world in every way.”

The video was directed by Etheridge’s wife, acclaimed writer and producer Linda Wallem Etheridge, and edited by Etheridge herself. Filmed in the iconic CPKC Stadium, the video captures the song’s electric energy and sets the tone for what’s to come on her upcoming THE RISE TOUR
