MAC Cosmetics announced plans to make a multi-product collection honoring the late Latin singer Selena Quintanilla. The Mexican-American pop star was fatally shot in March of 1995, but her legacy still lives on.
James Gager, MAC senior vice president and group creative director says he has “heard the passion and enthusiasm from her fans” following the collection announcement, and that “Selena’s talent and beauty, inside and out, have left a colorful, meaningful impact in the world that has continued to grow over the last two decades.”
