The Women@NAMM and SWIM (Smart Women In Music Fund) are teaming up to bring you an evening of pre-show networking! This unique event kicks off the NAMM Show on Wednesday Jan 15 and is a perfect opportunity to network with fellow professionals throughout the industry.
NAMM Chair Chris Martin kicks off the Women@NAMM Reception at 6:30pm.
At 7:00pm, a special SWIM Meet gathering takes place with updates from the fund and an introduction of The 2020 NAMM Show scholarship awardees.

About SWIM:
The SWIM Fund supports women in the music products industry in the development of their leadership proficiencies and aspirations. All contributions are tax-deductible, and 100% of all gifts will be used for the activities of the Fund (listed below).
The SWIM Fund will be used to support women in various stages of their careers in the music products industry through the following activities:
- Professional development opportunities at The NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA and at Summer NAMM in Nashville, TN
- Job-shadowing and mentoring with women who are industry leaders at trade shows and other music industry events
- In-company residencies
- Invitation to apply to attend an annual two-day SWIM leadership symposium for up to 16 women in 2020.
