She Rocks: Navigating Stress & Resilience in the Industry brings together leading mental health professionals for a candid and empowering conversation focused on helping musicians and industry professionals build sustainable, healthy careers.

From the demands of touring and creative pressure to the realities of burnout and uncertainty, this panel will explore practical strategies for maintaining emotional balance and developing resilience in a constantly evolving landscape. Attendees will gain real-world tools to support their wellbeing while continuing to grow creatively and professionally.

This is not just a conversation about coping. It is about creating a stronger foundation for long-term success, both personally and professionally.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Founder of In Tune Wellness, and Director of Marketing & Communications for the Music Industry Therapist Collective (MITC). Amanda brings a unique dual perspective, having previously worked in artist management and live music venues. Her work focuses on helping music professionals navigate stress, burnout, and the emotional demands of the industry with clarity and balance.
