Motherhood in the music business comes with a one-of-a-kind rhythm — from late-night studio sessions and touring schedules to early-morning school drops and managing the household. As the demands of a constantly evolving industry increase, so does the need for honest conversations and real support for moms carving their place in music.

That’s why we’re excited to announce Moms Who Rock 2026 — Parenting and Professional Balance, a powerful panel during the NAMM show discussion bringing together artists, executives, and industry leaders to share how they’ve navigated motherhood while building thriving careers.

What to expect: ✨ Insightful stories from musicians and industry professionals who are mothers navigating the unique challenges of music-industry life. ✨ A deep dive into systemic barriers and how parenting impacts — and inspires — creative work. ✨ Practical advice, solidarity, and inspiration for anyone balancing parenthood and a career in music or music business.
